Taylor Swift’s beloved recording studio in Nashville has hit the market for a jaw-dropping $24 million – amid the frenzy over her engagement to Travis Kelce. 

Swift essentially broke the internet on Tuesday after she revealed that she was getting married to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end in a sweet Instagram post.

The Cruel Summer hitmaker shared photos from the intimate shoot on her Instagram page, as she was surrounded by what looked to be an enchanted garden full of pink, white, and red flowers. 

‘Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,’ Swift captioned the set of photos, which showed Kelce getting down on one knee in the sea of plants and florals.

But amidst all of the excitement, there’s also another change coming to Swift’s life, and that’s the sale of her beloved recording studio.  

The world-famous Dark Horse Recording Studio sits on a sprawling 10-acre estate, though it was a humble log cabin before being transformed into a lavish compound, as reported by Luxury Property News.

Built in 1998, the 9,000 sq ft studio comes complete with vaulted ceilings, rustic wood finishes, recording rooms, public areas, two bedrooms for visiting artists – plus cozy porches and patios for downtime between takes. 

Of course, it includes high-end recording equipment for the A-lister, and some good, old fashioned acoustic guitars, which is how she got her start.

Next door, the 14,200 sq ft manor house boasts a grand stone entrance, a plush living room with open fireplace, a library, and a sleek kitchen fitted with oak cupboards, dark countertops and a center island. 

There are also seven bedrooms at the estate, the beds decorated with luxurious pillows and comfortable blankets if they ever needed to get some rest. 

The bedrooms each have a balcony or terrace, complete with several with en-suites. 

Swift recorded part of her 2006 debut album, Taylor Swift, at the recording compound, per People.

Covered walkways link the buildings, including a dramatic sky bridge that doubles as a games room with a pool table.

Outside, there’s space for gardens and plenty of parking for the stars’ entourages.

The estate is being sold by Jamie Parsons of Compass Real Estate. 

In April, the owner of the estate, Robin Crow, shared with People that he still has memories of Swift coming to record at the property.

‘At the time, I think I met her once or twice in the couple of weeks that she was recording here, and I never gave it a second thought,’ Crow told the outlet at the time.

‘And now, she’s the biggest artist in the world.’

The newly-engaged couple went public with their relationship in September 2023 when the singer appeared alongside Travis’s mother, Donna, at a Kansas Chiefs game.

Since then, their romance has captivated the world, with Swift supporting Kelce’s run to two Super Bowls while the NFL star has traveled alongside her around the globe on her wildly successful Eras tour.

On Swfit’s ring finger, the centerpiece of the shoot, was a striking oval-cut diamond set in yellow gold, a vintage-inspired sparkler that instantly set social media alight with praise.

Many fans also noticed hidden details about the ring.

There appears to be a small T on the side of the rock, and some have theorized that there might be a matching T on the other side – representing Taylor and Travis.

Others have also claimed to have uncovered a secret special connection with the location of the engagement shoot.

Social media users are convinced the backdrop for the photos may have had a deeper meaning, pointing out that Swift sang about secret gardens in numerous songs in the past, including I Hate It Here, Betty, and The Great War.

Some also noted that the location looked very similar to where she did the photoshoot for her album Lover.

It comes just weeks after Swift appeared on Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, for the first time, to announce her 12th studio album, Life of a Showgirl.

During the show, the two also shared a bit of insight into their loving relationship.

She recalled how Kelce went about getting to know her better in a way that was ‘very natural, very pure, very normal.’

The Grammy winner praised Kelce for ‘the way he could make me laugh so immediately about normal things.

‘He’s just a vibe booster in everyone’s life that he’s in. He’s a human exclamation point.’
